From migration to deportation
This publication is an overall critique of the forced deportations that emerge as a result of the Readmission agreement between Serbia and Germany. Critically analysing the legal mechanism of exclusion, used by the bureaucratic apparatus of the European Union, one can create the framework for understanding those complicated procedures. And these particular exclusion politics require a constructive alternative as a response.
